§97.15(b) is about YOUR need, not the town’s
(T)he zoning board should . . . consider what steps must be taken to "reasonably accommodate" amateur radio communications. In making this determination, the ZBA may consider whether the particular height and number of towers are necessary to accommodate the particular ham operator’s communication objectives.
